The inclinometer is a useful accessory and aid to enable precise cuts, e.g. with a chop saw. Can also be used for other areas of application, for example for aligning pictures or for door frame mounting.
The inclinometer is mainly used to set the saw blade inclination on a table saw - thanks to the permanent magnet, it holds the saw blade in place perfectly. The device is first placed on a flat surface and sets this as a reference surface at the push of a button. Then it is attached to the saw blade with the magnet so that every angle can be precisely adjusted.
