BRÜDER MANNESMANN

The tribe of the Mannesmann family in the Bergisches Land goes back to Johann Heinrich Mannesmann, born in 1750. Since this early century, brothers of the family have been active in business, from file manufacture and trade to research into new materials and manufacturing processes as well as the invention of the world famous and patented seamless tubes. The brothers made inventions that have endured to this day and without which many areas of industrial production would not be possible. Characteristic of all these activities were again and again technological visions and their implementation, which could be described as groundbreaking in their time.

In the 1970s, the production of tools began, which today includes an extensive range of hand and power tools, selected for the committed DIY enthusiast and industry - and makes Brüder Mannesmann one of the leading tool manufacturers in Germany.
