Payment and dispatch

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
The following conditions apply: The goods are delivered worldwide. Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge the shipping costs for standard shipping at €4.90 per order.
We charge €38.00 per order for shipping dangerous goods and freight/shipping bulky goods up to 50 kg.
Dangerous goods are marked as such on the item.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross product value):
- Delivery to Austria: EUR 6.90 / Hazardous goods and bulky freight shipments up to 50 kg: EUR 59.00
- Delivery to Poland: EUR 6.90 / Hazardous goods and bulky freight shipments up to 50 kg: EUR 59.00
- Deliveries within the EU: EUR 9.50 / Hazardous goods and bulky freight shipments up to 50 kg: EUR 59.00
- Deliveries outside the EU: EUR 25.00 / Hazardous goods and bulky freight shipments up to 50 kg: EUR 150.00
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:
Austria/Poland: €6.90
Benelux: €5.95
Rest of the EU: €9.50
All other countries: €25.00
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
The minimum order value is: 15 €.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
